Senior Manager (Finance)

Job Description

1. Developing complete financial proposal for unsolicated and solicated PPP projects.
2. Developing robust and bankable dynamic financial models for investment decision and to evaluate the potential of different projects.
3. Development of commercial, economical and financial feasibility of the projects.
4. Getting third party's opinion on in house financial feasibility and accordingly advising the senior management on phase wise implementation of the investment projects.
5. Developing concept papers/ project briefs/ information memorandums for projects to engage financial institutions and other sponsors (if Req).
6. Advising Director on commercial terms of Concession Agreement, EPC and O&M contracts keeping in view the financial forecast of the organization and cash required for upcoming projects.
7. Engaging Independent consultants to provide their input  as and when required.
8. Transection structuring and negotiations with banks to get the best terms for the organization/ project once the project is awarded.
9. Engaging with SPVC's CFO and supporting him/her to understand the conceptual framework and rationale behind project acquisition and financial structuring.
10. Meeting / Collaboration with various Government agencies and regulatory authorities to develop/negotiate bidding structures / changes in existing projects and upcoming projects on Public Private Partnership.
