Chief Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

1. To prepare and submit reports including PMR, ePMR and ePMS on execution plan.

2. To ensure payment record from the clients and clearance of outstanding dues.

3. To calculate & ensure quantum of work done as per design.

4. Responsible for preparation of rate analysis.

5. Prepare price / forecast the construction of the different material needed for the project.

6. Prepare tender document, contract budget bills of quantities and other documents.

7. Measure and value the work done on site.

8. Prepare all type of claims for timely submission.

9. To conduct & prepare rate analysis for all materials.

10. To undertake daily visit to project site and ensure progress updates.

11. To prepare & submit the bar bending (design of steel) schedule to consultants for

execution of structure.

12. To prepare EOT (Extension of Time) for submission to consultant / client.

13. Any other task assigned by superiors.
