12. Carry out policies passed down a hierarchy from the level above.

13. Plan short-range action-steps to carry out goals set by the level above.

14. Organize the work group.

15. Assign jobs to subordinates.

16. Direct tasks and assign duties

17. Train subordinates to observe density and PH and adjust accordingly for fresh water

and back water

18. Train subordinates for checking that pebbles or balls are filled up to optimum level

19. Make sure feeding the cylinder with required amount of materials in term of tons and

also ensure the proper flow of water and lime into cylinder

20. Deal chocking of cyclone nozzle, mostly due to course particles size of ore in slurry, or

due to sudden increase of ore feeding

1. Train subordinates to report accidents in a timely manner, and handle problem

occurring in a timely manner

2. Enforce the subordinates not to leave the job without authorization and do not hand

over equipment’s to others without the permission of supervisor.

3. Lead and motivate subordinates

4. Solve routine daily problems

5. Control and evaluate performance of subordinates.

6. Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards

7. Compliance to HSE requirements for unsafe environment

8. Enforce subordinates / workers to conduct thorough and accurate shift hand overs.
