Manager Hospitality/ Resort

Job Description

Responsible to operate rooms inventory by offering highest standards of services.

Oversee all operational, quality and guest related aspects of the running of the resort & implementing SOP’s.

Managing all aspects of resort, including lodging, manage supplies and respond to customer needs. Food and beverage management, and guest services.

Maintain duty roaster, payroll of all the staff.

In charge of employees, customer service, and quality control.

Negotiate with suppliers maintain stock, and control the cost. In charge of procurement for the resort.

Ensure upkeep of the resort with repair & maintenance.

Follow up work in process / work done

Execute staff trainings.

Prepare and execute operational SOP’s.

Maintain all administrative paperwork.

In charge of all the cash for the resort.

Prepare JDs for all the subordinates.

Resort managers oversee product stocking, accounting, and marketing efforts at the resort

ensure that all supplies, from housekeeping materials to furniture, are in good condition and in stock.

Monitor customer billing, and expense accounts. Also oversee and approve marketing and sales campaigns, and required to approve discounts drafted by your marketing and sales coordinators.

Resort managers ensure positive customer experiences by maintaining high-quality facilities and remedying problems

At the resort, conduct room, kitchen, and grounds inspections to make sure that they are all up to code. Greet guests at arrival, create standards surveys, and find acceptable solutions to problems that may arise.

Degree Qualification

Masters/ Bachelors with Certification/ Diploma in Hospitality Management

Degree Required

Masters with Certification in Hospitality Management / Bachelors with Certification in Hospitality Management / Masters with Diploma in Hospitality Management / Bachelors with Diploma in Hospitality Management

Experience

Min 2 - 5 years post qualification experience in the relevant field
