Assistant Manager (Finance)

Job Description

Perform accurate data entry and financial transaction recording in SAP.

Process vendor and other payments after proper invoice scrutiny and verification of supporting documents.

Maintain and prepare bank reconciliations on a regular basis.

Update and maintain the fixed assets register.

Coordinate and manage insurance-related documentation and records.

Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records and documents.

Support internal and external audit requirements when needed.

Assist in monthly closing activities and financial reporting.

Perform any other tasks assigned by Manager (Finance) / CFO.

Degree Qualification

ACCA, ICMA, CA, MS (Fin)

Degree Required

ACCA / ICMA / CA / MS (Finance)

Experience

Min 5 Years post qualification experience.

Skills

Expert/Proficient in using MS Excel, ERP solutions, IFRS/IAS, Financial Reporting, Financial analysis.
