Job Description

Monitoring & evaluation of all the activities at MSA’s.

Managing the Human Resource at MSA’s.

Ensure thorough customer relationship through sub-ordinates. 

Ensuring highest standards of worthiness of all service Areas.

Checking quality of food items and impose checks and monitoring. 

Close monitoring of prices and quality of all the commodities at different facilities.

Checking measurements. 

Ensuring safety of the commuters. 

Provision of basic facilities and services to the commuters. 

Maintenance of all the facilities. 

Close liaison with all the licensees.

Attracting new businesses.

Closer co-operation and liaison with other government agencies/officials.

Handling all disciplinary cases at MSA’s.
