Job Description

To process minute sheets & payment on time. 

Preparing all vouchers and posting to financial Accounting System.

Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll.

Reconcile monthly bank statements, verify all deposits and handle discrepancies and problems.

Maintain organized set of detail records & files to document financial transactions.

Review general ledger on a periodical basis to ensure accuracy of posting.

Performs any other duty assigned/required by the Deputy Manager Accounts / CFO.

Degree Qualification

ACCA/ MBA Fin/ ACMA

Experience

8-12 yrs exp

Skills

Good communication skills in written & spoken English

Able to work independently and as part of team

Able to handle multitasks with ease

Good problem solving skills, able to formulate creative solutions

Comfortable with computer –based tools, processes and workflows

Expertise in MS Office
